We are now looking for an experienced specialist in taxation for globally mobile employees for a consulting assignment within the finance department. The assignment is for 9 months and is suitable for those who have worked in a global mobility function or in a tax role at an audit/consulting firm, and who also have experience in driving and coordinating projects.

• Manage and develop issues related to taxation of internationally mobile employees

• Support the organization in tax matters related to international assignments and business travel

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

• Work cross-functionally within finance, HR, and other relevant parts of the organization

• Drive and coordinate projects in the area of tax and global mobility

• Contribute expertise to improvement and development initiatives

• Documented experience in taxation for globally mobile employees

• Experience from a global mobility team or tax role at an audit/consulting firm

• Experience in project management or project coordination

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written

• Relevant academic education in finance, tax, or equivalent

• Experience from a larger international organization

• Familiarity with policy and governance work

• Experience related to business travel and compliance

• Consulting assignment for 9 months

• You will be employed by us and leased to the client

• Scope and placement as agreed
